Instructions

The surface must be free of oil, grease and other contaminants. The best adhesive results are achieved by first cleaning with metal cleaner 7063. Observe the flash-off times!

For blind holes, apply several drops inside along the thread up to the base of the hole. For through holes, apply several drops to the point on the screw where the nut will sit. In sealing applications, apply the product around the outer thread. The mid-strength screw retainer cures anaerobically, meaning that it only hardens where the adhesive has no contact with atmospheric oxygen. At the same time, the hardening speed continues to be influenced by the catalytic effect of metal and the gap width. Excessive adhesive that is pressed out of the gap between the two parts will not harden and can be removed with a dry cloth or a cloth saturated with acetone cleaner.

Passive materials: nickel, zinc, tin, precious metals, aluminium with minimal copper and/or manganese content, high-alloy steel, oxide or chromate coats, plastic, glass and ceramic.
