Warranty	All NGK Ruthenium HX™ spark plugs come with 12-month manufacturer's limited warranty against material and workmanship defects. However, this warranty does not apply to installation errors and cannot reimburse you for any diagnostics, installation or labor related charges.
Returns	Items must be returned within 14 business working days from the date of delivery and the return must be in the same NEW and UN-USED condition it was shipped. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and our shipping charge of $5.80 (USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box) will be deducted from the refund. All returns initiated after 14 business working days of receipt, are subjected to 10% re-stocking fee on the purchase price. All refunds will be processed within 5 business working days and will be sent back to the same PayPal address.
