Deliveries

Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Standard mail service, unless a different shipping service is stated in the listing (check the 'Postage & payments' tab in the main listing). You can expect to receive your items anywhere between 1 to 4 working days after placing your order.

Returns Policy

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us before leaving negative feedback, and we will ensure that any issues are swiftly resolved.

In the event that an item has to be returned to us, a full refund will be issued for any mistake made on our part, including all postage costs, provided all items are unopened (still with original packaging) and unused. We will happily exchange items of size in the case of the buyer ordering an incorrect size, but the buyer must pay the postage costs for returning the item back to us and for us to resend a new, correctly sized item.
