Not only does the box have a fresh new look, but we’ve used biodegradable clear labels to secure the lid instead of shrink wrap to reduce our plastic waste. There is a HUV coating on the box for extra protection, to ensure your puzzle doesn’t damaged and the pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled by some councils.
Because the box is slightly smaller than our previous designs, we need less room to transport our products which reduces our carbon footprint and means you can store your puzzles more easily. We have also popped an artwork poster inside for you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle.

Standard Delivery - Our Standard Delivery charge to most UK Mainland areas is included per delivery for any number of items up to a maximum of 25kg. Standard Delivery should have your goods delivered within 7 working days following the day of ordering (not including Saturday & Sunday).In the case of very low postage costs we will advise you and credit the appropriate amount to your order.
We also offer Express Delivery on in-stock items (Next Working Day), this is charged at £3.99.
For Express Delivery, extra large or heavy items weighing over 25kg we will give you a quotation, usually within one working day, before processing the order.

Unsuitable items If you are not happy with any of your purchases from Kerrison Toys, you may return the item within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. On the condition that all goods returned are received in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition with their instructions, your card account will be credited with a refund for goods (including the initial cost of postage and packaging). However, the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility and it is recommended that you use a registered delivery service to ensure we receive the goods in perfect condition and we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. Faulty Goods
All our toys are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please contacts us and we will make arrangements to either replace, repair or refund the item. Please note this does not cover fair "wear and tear". This does not affect your statutory rights.
