DLM Direct is one of the UK's leading suppliers of Stationary and Office Products, an established family business that has traded for over 20 years. All items listed are carried in stock from our UK warehouse with Same Day Dispatch when ordered before 2PM GMT.
We carry large quantities of stock in excess of that listed, and are now able to offer an expanded range to include Beauty and Homeware products.
Based centrally in the Midlands we are able to offer Fast Free delivery across the UK, and can offer Next Day Delivery for a small fee at the checkout.

Payment

We only accept PayPal payments prior to dispatch. If you choose to collect, the same applies in that payment must be cleared prior to collection.

Small items up to 2kg

• All small items up to 2kg are sent via Royal mail on a 2-3 day service. 

Items over 2kg

• All items over 2kg will be sent by courier DPD, Yodel or Hermes. These can be tracked through eBay or with tracking numbers we will provide.
• For best service please include a mobile number when ordering so updates can be sent to your phone. 

Returns

For your peace of mind and in compliance with the Distance Selling Law, we offer a full 60 day money back Guarantee, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund. 
All returned postage must paid for by the buyer. You must inform us of your intention to return within 60 days by telephone or send us a message.

If you have received a faulty item, incorrect item or any other issues with your order, please ensure to contact us first so we can advise the best solution.
