Black skirted 1-10 knobs with silver disc. Set screw mounting. Fits standard 1/4" diameter solid shaft amp and guitar pots.

RETURN POLICY:

Pro-Music Store only accepts returns made within the first 3 days from receipt of shipment. The items are returnable only if defective OR unopened or unused. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number by Pro-Music Store, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipment and handling fees. The money will only be refunded once the item has been tested and confirmed no tampering or adjustments, damages have been made to item. You can also return under the above conditions for exchange of another item.

All returns must:
1. Include a Return Authorization Number;
2. Be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument;
3. Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship through Canada Post. They offer several international shipping options. We are using the least expensive services to ship worldwide. As such, there are no tracking numbers with the following shipment options:
Small Packet (under 2KG) International Surface Delivery Time = around 8 weeks
Small Packet (under 2KG) International Air Delivery Time = around 2 weeks
International Surface Parcel = around 6 weeks
International Air Parcel = around 10 business days
