All our products come from licensed distributors (NO bootlegs). Please note that Blu-rays and DVDs contain a region code, which allows them to be only compatible with players having the same region code. Below are the region codes and countries where they can be used:

DVD

Region 0: Worldwide

Region 1: United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda

Region 2: Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, including Egypt

Blu-Ray

Region A: North America, Central America, South America, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia

Region B: Europe, Greenland, French territories, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand

Region C: India, Nepal, Mainland China, Russia, Central and South Asia

Region Free: Worldwide

2 Payment

We only accept PayPal payments and charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on orders shipped within Canada.

3 Shipping

All orders ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays ship the next business day.

Orders with a Canadian delivery address ship using Canada Post Lettermail.

Orders with a U.S. delivery address ship using USPS First Class or Media Mail with tracking included and are not subject to sales tax or duty fees.

International shipments ship using Economy Air service and may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are always the responsibility of the recipient, and may be delayed by customs clearance.
