Pull List Subscription: If you are interested in a weekly subscription to specific comic book titles, please let us know and we can have a standing order arranged. Shipping options can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This is the easiest way to get your comic order guaranteed. Returns: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to initial with us the return of the product you purchased from our website. You understand that all costs associated with the return of the product is your responsibility and you hold Comic Inspiration harmless to any costs incurred in the return process. Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse cancellations on all Pre-Order items. Once you commit to purchase a pre-order, we order your item with the distribution companies on your behalf. Once this process is complete we will not proceed with a cancellation for any pre-ordered items. All is stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase and will have a limited window to cancel. Damaged Items: We accept returns on in-stock items that arrive damaged due to improper handling and/or delivery ONLY. We do NOT accept returns or refund/partial refunds for any product that you purchase for any other circumstance. If your item arrives damaged, it must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with documentation (photos of any damage sustained via delivery handling of the package - both of the product and the original packaging). We have the right to accept or deny your return based on the information that you provide to us for the damaged product/parcel. We have the right to ship our products with tracking and insurance for the content of delivery. If insurance is purchased for the content you have purchased, which had arrived damaged, prior to the return being processed a claim will be open with the delivery company for damaged content whereby you agree to assist in resolving the claim for a refund to us the merchant prior to processing your return in full. Once the item is returned in the condition it had arrived to you (damaged), and a refund has been processed securely through the delivery company to us (the merchant), your full refund will be issued.
