* ALL my items are 100% genuine and are only sourced from authorised UK resellers, who contract directly with the manufacturers. All products have full paperwork and are traceable back to the manufacturer.

* Returns are accepted on unused items in their original condition only. Used items cannot be returned due to hygiene rules. The product price of the item will be refunded upon safe receipt of the returned item. Postage costs will not be refunded. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting when returning the item.

* I do not offer an exchange service.

* Non receipt of order. If an order is not received within the specified Ebay estimated timescale then please check first with your local post office to see if they are holding the item for you. Please also check with neighbours to make sure nobody has taken in your parcel and forgotten to tell you. UK orders will not be deemed missing until 7 days from the dispatch date have passed, so please contact me after 7 days, if your order does not arrive. All items are dispatched on time. However, due to various issues out of my control. Orders maybe delivered late by Royal Mail. E.g. Covid, weather, world events.

* Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding any postage paid. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded, and the order effectively cancelled.
