Shipping

Economy shipping

For Economy shipping, there is no track number for it. Usually it will take 3-15 business days to the destination. We strongly recommend our customer to use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service if you want track number or need it in rush.(Estimated within 1-7 business days with Tracking Number) .

Expedited shipping

For Expedited shipping, it takes 1-7 business days within Canada and 1-12 business days to US. We will update the track number in one or two business days.

Please note UPS do not ship to PO box address.  If you want to ship to PO box address, please choose Canada Post Expedited or Express service.

Return Policy

  • Customer must report to us within 7 business days if the item is DOA or shipping damage.

  • All items can be returned within 14 business days for refund. After 14 business days, it will be exchanged only.

  • The 20% re-stocking fee will be applied if the part not used, non-defective upon inspection, or wrong part order.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in all cases.

  • For exchange due to the buyer ordering the wrong screen, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees.

  • The shipping fee is non-refundable for all DOA, defective return, part not used, or wrong part return.

  • There is no warranty for any physical damage.
