- Expedited shipping at an extra cost. International shipping rate applies to addresses in all other locations.

- Custom / duty / brokerage fees, if any, on Canada and international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

- We strive to ship your order in a prompt manner to meet the criteria for shipping time that we specify in the Item information.

- There's a surcharge for shipping to USPS PO Box, AF/APO boxes, Guam / Virgin Islands and Northern Mariana islands please contact prior to purchase to check shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- We accept returns on all new items for an eBay best period of 30 days.

- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

- New items must be in original packaging (including plastic wrapped items), uninstalled, and in factory new condition.

- Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer on items that are not defective or damaged.

- Item ships within one business day after the payment has cleared or same day if paid by 12pm PST.

- Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.

- We only sell factory new parts, no exceptions. Occasionally, an item is defective from the manufacturer, or damaged in transit. Stuff happens, but when it does, we'll take care of you.

- Contact us right away and we'll get you a prepaid label, schedule a pickup, and get a replacement sent right out.
