SHIPPING

   To our U.S. customers. 

- Purchase and bid with confidence. In our 5+ years of business more than 75% of our sales have  been to you.

- Please note that shipments must pass through Customs and this will typically add a couple of days to the actual transit time.

- Most small, light items of $30 dollars or less, are typically shipped by Small Packets USA-Air. This is an excellent international air mail service but does not come with a tracking number. 

- Expedited Parcel-USA, Tracked Packet USA, and Xpress Post are all trackable services but cost a little more.

Items ship from Alberta, Canada

Shipping services may be changed on larger heavier items, or if multiple smaller items are purchased by one customer. 

 A tracking number (if possible) will be supplied to you automatically in an email from ebay.

If you need special handling (using your shipping account for example), overnight shipment, etc., please ask before purchasing!

Purchases made on Friday will be shipped out the next business day (typically Monday).

Customs Duties and Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

· If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us and offer us the opportunity to correct the situation.

· If you believe that the item you purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options.  All returns must be through ebay

· If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on MOST items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to the buyer. This applies to both the item and any retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges, and will be required to complete a request for return through eBay. 

· We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item marked AS IS for any reason other than a grievous error in the listing. Please bid accordingly on all items listed AS IS.
