European Motor Studio is proud to offer this exceptional 2 owner 2001 Lotus Esprit Twin Turbo V8 finished in a very rare shade of Ruby Red Metallic over Magnolia Connolly leather with Red piping. This Esprit V8 left the Hethel Norfolk production line in July of 2001 where the car was then invoiced to Jaguar Land Rover Lotus of Dublin Ohio where the car sold to its first owner in September of 2001. All of the cars maintenance and service work was performed at the Lotus dealership where the car sold new until this Esprit then moved to New Mexico in November of 2015 when the second owner bought the car. The car then moved to Scottsdale Arizona shortly after with the second owner where the car was serviced regularly at a Lotus specialist shop in town. The car has just had its major engine service was just performed in January of 2017 by a Lotus specialist shop with all of the receipts of the work performed. The timing belt, water pump, gaskets, hoses, seals, plugs, wires, radiator flush, fluids and filters were all replaced along with new front shocks. This is an outstanding running and driving Esprit V8 that has seen the proper care and maintenance since new with receipts and original books and keys. There are no lights on the dash and the engine starts right up and runs out incredibly strong with the Turbo's kicking in as they should. All of the electronics are operating as they should including the AC and the heater, the pop up headlights, door locks and windows. The exterior Ruby Red Metallic paint has a beautiful finish showing just minor stone shops to the front nose and lower skirt. There is one small mark in the paint on the rear driver side fender and one small scrape in the lower passenger skirt right by the air scoop. The interior is absolutely stunning and untouched. There are no signs of dye work anywhere on the leather and aside from the driver seat bolster showing minor wear the rest of the interior shows remarkably well. The carpets are stain free and the headliner and dash area all in excellent condition. There are no signs of any prior damage or accidents and the car comes with a clean and clear title and Carfax report. Service history accompanies the sale of this car as does the original books and two sets of keys with remotes and a car cover.
