Crown Tech ships via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Orders will ship same day if placed before 4PM EST. Please allow 2-3 business days for international orders. If we do suspect a delay in shipping we will contact the buyer.

Due to the fact that we use "fixed rate" shipping instead of shipping by weight, we reserve the right to increase shipping costs on items such as: servers, server racks, power supplies, and any other items that have a significantly high ship cost. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before Crown Tech will process your return. You may return a defective product up to 60 days from the date on your invoice. Returns will not be accepted after this 60-day period. Anything returned without RMA # will be refused and shipped back to the buyer.

If a product you ordered is defective, please email us via eBay messages. Incomplete non-defective returns will not be accepted. Shipping cost is not refundable. Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that our RMA department will be available to process returns/exchanges on Monday-Friday.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be completed within 60 days from the date on your invoice.

Credits are usually issued within 1 week of receipt of a returned item. Please email your return tracking number as this is needed to verify receipt of your return.
