Payment information

Payments must be received simultaneously with placement of the order. No orders will be shipped without full payment being received prior to packaging and shipping.

The customer assumes all obligations with respect to sales taxes of any type that may be applicable to the purchase of the products, and hereby agrees to indemnify Partsterr with respect to any such obligations, including but not limited to sales tax, duties, customs or other fees required in the shipping of any merchandise to the customer.

Product Availability

The customer hereby acknowledges that all inventory figures shown on Partsterr?s seller page are updated to reflect accurate stock at the best of Partsterr?s ability and using best commercial efforts. However, the customer further acknowledges and hereby understands that such inventory figures may not accurately reflect the stock on hand by any of Partsterr?s suppliers, whether do to counting errors, volume sales or other errors on behalf of such suppliers. The customer hereby understands that such inventory figures and their accuracy are not in any way the responsibility of Partsterr and Partsterr in no way warrants or guarantees that all products displayed on their seller page will be available at the time of order placement by the customer. As such, the customer releases Partsterr from any responsibility regarding inventory figures and the accuracy thereof. Should a product no longer be in stock, Partsterr will inform the customer and will advise of estimated restocking date.

Refunds

All items purchased from Partsterr that have not been installed on a vehicle or otherwise used can be returned in their original condition for refund within thirty (30) days from the invoice date, the whole less a restocking fee of 10% (?Restocking Fee?).

Returns of products in exchange for a refund will be allowed within no more than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products and such refund will only be with respect to the price of the products, less any shipping cost, Restocking Fee or other fees that may apply. Please contact us through eBay messages for all return authorizations and/or more information you may require. All items returned must be returned unused and in original condition/packaging to be accepted. Partsterr reserves the right to refuse all returns which do not meet such return criteria, or which show signs of wear or use.

The return address will be provided to the buyer upon the request and approval of a refund. Once we receive the return parcel, it will be inspected, and the refund will be processed once the item(s) condition is approved.

Unless otherwise specified by our staff in writing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Return shipping will not be reimbursed by Partsterr. Product returns for reasons of wrongful purchase or mistaken shall not be accepted by Partsterr, unless the customer undertakes to pay all fees associate to the return process.

Shipping information

Standard shipping is currently the only option available with Partsterr. Your order will ship within 12-48 hours depending on the time your order is placed and availability of the items in your order.

By purchasing from Partsterr, the customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Partsterr shall not be liable for any delays that may incur due to the shipping agent selected or any other reasons out of Partsterr?s control. Moreover, by the purchase of the Products, the customer hereby agrees not to negatively review or otherwise defame Partsterr and acknowledges that such factors are outside Partsterr?s control. Partsterr will at all times endeavor to use all best efforts to ship customer?s products promptly and use only reputable shipping carriers.

A unique tracking number will be uploaded to eBay and sent to your email once items are shipped. Should you want to confirm your shipping rate with us ahead of time, simply email your postal code and address same to our customer service and we will be happy to confirm your shipping costs.

If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or a refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the courier company handling such order.

Shipping to Canada:

To all Provinces and Territories of Canada: Standard shipping

Expedited shipping / express shipping is available at extra cost to the customer, said cost varying depending on the item purchased.

We DO ship to: NL, PEI, NU, NT, YT, and all remote rural areas that are subject to a higher shipping surcharge.

Please note that if you are located in an extended area, you may be subject to a shipping surcharge. The term ?extended area? shall designate any area associated to the postal code supplied by the customer whichPartsterr?s shipper of choice deems to be subject to additional shipping cost due to its location. The customer hereby understands that the shipping rates displayed at checkout are not final until Partsterr has confirmed the shipping rate with its carrier, same being dependent on customer?s location. Upon receipt of customer?s postal code, Partsterr shall confirm the shipping rate with said shipping carrier and will inform the customer of any surcharges that may apply for approval and payment.

All orders with surcharge will be placed on hold until a confirmation is sent from the customer that the additional charge is approved. Buyers will have the option to change their shipping address to one that is outside of the extended area causing a surcharge or cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping to US:

To all 48 Lower States: Standard shipping

Customers from APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam must contact Partsterr for shipping cost before purchasing.

Oversize Fees

An oversize fee will be charged when one (or more) of the following conditions exist:

  • Total weight over 70 lbs.
  • A box 60 in. long or more.
  • 2 box dimensions of 30 in. or more (length, width, and/or height).
  • Items shipped without a box. (tires, exhaust tubing, etc.)

Please note that if you purchase an oversize item, you may be subject to a shipping surcharge. Oversize fees can range from $6.00 to $120.00, depending on the item you order. All applicable fees will be calculated by Partsterr, where Partsterr reserves the right to contact the customer with evidence of the additional charge. All orders with surcharge will be placed on hold until a confirmation is sent from the customer that the additional charge is approved. Buyers will have the options to pay the additional shipping charge or cancel the order for a full refund. Seeing the above, the customer hereby understands and agrees that the rates displayed at checkout are not final, and subject to confirmation with Partsterr?s shipment carrier of choice.

Warranty

By using your Partsterr product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Warranty as set out below. Do not use your product until you have read the terms of the warranty agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the warranty agreement, do not use the product and return it within the return period stated in Partsterr?s return policy (subject to restocking & shipping fees).

Certain parts sold by Partsterrare covered under the explicit and complete warranties of the manufacturer producing them. Customers are eligible to return defective items to Partsterr without any penalty or handling charge. The one and only responsibility of Partsterr with respect to any defective part shall be to accept the return but only in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the manufacturer. Partsterr gives no warranty or guarantee of any nature whatsoever on any product and assumes no liability, including but not limited to for any purpose, use, or otherwise.

  • All defective product returns must have all the proper documentation submitted with the return.
  • Most manufacturers require a copy of the original purchase invoice and a copy of the replacement invoice.
  • The documentation must be substantiated with a valid reason for the failure of the part. ?Defective? or ?no good? are unacceptable reasons and may result in the claim being rejected by the manufacturer.
  • Failure to submit all the proper documentation may result in the return being delayed or rejected.
  • All product returns that do not meet the requirements will not be approved for credit and will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for all related freight costs.
  • Only items from stocking product lines purchased from any one of Partsterr?s distribution centers or dropship are eligible for warranty returns.
  • Defective items from non-stocking product lines purchased drop ship must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
  • A Partsterr warranty tag must be placed on the defective item.
  • Any item found not to be defective upon examination by the manufacturer will be invoiced and returned to the customer.
  • For product returned directly to the manufacturer, the credit will be issued upon receipt from the manufacturer.
  • All labor claims are approved and settled by the manufacturer. Credit for a labor claim will be issued by Partsterr upon receipt of credit from the manufacturer.
  • Partsterr is not responsible for any damages caused to products in the course of installation and such products will not be accepted for refunds.
  • Only one (1) warranty claim is allowed per order. The warranty cannot be renewed once the replacement is issued. It means we do not begin a new warranty period for the replacement product.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer hereby irrevocably forever releases and discharges Partsterr from any and all claims, of any kind or nature, whether with respect to damage to property or bodily injury, in connection to the use of the products purchased from Partsterr, whether same results directly or indirectly from such use. The customer hereby further understands that Patrsterr is a distributor of automotive products and in no way manufacturers or warrants the quality or fitness for a particular purposes of any of the products and the customer hereby exonerates Partsterr from any liability related thereto.
