The characteristics of the products being sold are indicated in correspondence with each product.

The delivery times will never exceed, in any case, those provided for by art. 6 Decr. Legisl. 185/1999.

The consumer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the product a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, containing: the manifestation of the will to avail of the benefits granted by law, the indication of the relative product, the progressive number of the order issued at the time of purchase / order and the data relating to your bank account (bank, reference agency, number of cc, ABI, CAB, etc) at the following address:

Alternatively, the consumer can send an e-mail communication to the sender of the order confirmation within the established deadline, indicating the same elements of the aforementioned registered letter. The communication must in any case be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the telegram or fax by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the above address.
To obtain reimbursement of the consideration, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the goods, the consumer must also return the product for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to the sender.
In any case, a necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.

In the event that the object of the order disputed as non-compliant does not return in the same conditions of receipt, i.e. in perfect condition, not used, with the original packaging and any manuals, without any lack, but instead is returned lacking even one of the aforementioned essential characters, Fuorigiri sas will deem the purchase of the said good by the Customer completed, which will remain available to the same at the Fuorigiri shop where it can be collected by appointment.
