Shipping & Handling

?       We will ship items within ONE business day of receiving payment.

?       We only ship to addresses confirmed by PayPal.  

?       INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

?        Regardless of your chosen shipping method, packages may be held at customs in the USA or in your country.

?        Please allow 2-8 weeks for the shipment to arrive. Please notify us if your shipment has not arrived after 4 weeks.

?        Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

?       We have no control over the order once the package leaves our warehouse. We are NOT responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in the mail.

Returns

?       All returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase

?       Returns of underwear purchases will NOT be accepted unless the package is still new, sealed, and unopened.

?       Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

?       Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs of all returns and/or exchanges.
