Sometimes items may have minor wear. Generally all used items are tested and working. We only sell authentic merchandise, never anything fake.

Sometimes there may be small imperfections and we do our best to photograph and note down for you any issues we notice. If you are especially concerned about any minor wear and tear there could be with an item, please message us before purchasing and we would be happy to check further or take better photos. In most cases items are tested and working before being sold. If an item has not been tested or is just for parts/repair that will be very clearly noted at the very top of the items description and/or in the items title. If we see that a set contains a replacement piece (for example, a replacement audio/video cable) we do our best to clearly state that at the top of the items description.

Shipping Details

Your item will begin shipping to you within 2 business days after your order has been placed. We always choose the most appropriate and affordable shipping option available with Canada Post. Estimated shipping time and shipping cost is listed on the page. Very small orders (in terms of size or price) shipping within Canada may not include tracking. Generally all large orders (in terms of size or price) shipping within Canada include tracking. Orders shipping to the USA or internationally will always include tracking. Shipping to the USA and internationally may be somewhat expensive as items always have tracking and have to pass through customs at the border. Items almost always ship out via Canada Post. If you are international then Canada Post will hand off the package to your national carrier (such as the United States Postal Service in the USA for example). If applicable, any customs fees or taxes & duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not familiar with any customs fees or taxes and it is the buyers responsibility to contact their customs office to find out the fees before purchasing if they are concerned about customs fees, taxes or duties. 

We ship to: Canadian provinces & territories as well as the United States plus Alaska and most USA territories. Sometimes shipping is also available to most of Europe and Australia, but not as much because shipping overseas can be quite expensive.

What is the deal with shipping costs?

About 10% of what you pay in shipping costs are immediately taken away in fees, leaving the remainder for the seller to cover the base shipping cost + taxes, handling, packaging materials, labels, boxes and sometimes protective cases or fuel surcharges if applicable. Canadian sellers that have cheaper shipping costs than us may have a bulk volume discount or simply take some loss on shipping costs. Shipping cost is never truly free, some companies just work it into the cost of the item or get bulk volume discounts. If you think the shipping cost is excessive please contact us so we can check if there is an error. Generally speaking Canada Post has always been the cheapest and most effective option available to us. All packages not being delivered by letter mail include a tracking number. Letter mail is generally for smaller and lighter items, and lowers shipping costs significantly by not having tracking, it is used when appropriate and is highly reliable.

Buyers agree to: Pay promptly and commit to buying

Please make sure you are completely positive you will pay within 48 hours before buying the item. Also, orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped out. Please don’t buy if you think you may want to cancel. Accepted offers and all other orders need to be paid within 48 hours. Cancellations are a waste of time and money for sellers as they need to get fees refunded for themselves and the buyer, plus relist the item for sale once again. After continued nonpayment, Our eBay store automatically opens an unpaid item case, like most other stores using the automated system. After the item has not been paid or cancelled for approx 4 days, an unpaid item case is opened. After several more days the unpaid item case allows the seller to cancel the order. An unpaid item strike could be recorded against the buyer, and the order can be cancelled without it counting against the seller’s stats. The seller can then be refunded their fees. Promptly paying avoids us having an unpaid item case opened.
