All our items are dispatched in discreet packaging, Goods are always dispatched within 24hrs, 95 % of our items go via royal mail and they are normally very good at delivering the products in the correct time frame, however should the goods not arrive within the estimated delivery time please feel free to contact us, we are here to help and will always try our best to locate the product for you in the royal mail system. However it may be required for you to check the local sorting office and also post office if goods do not arrive. We do our best to get the goods out ASAP but we are both sometimes let down by royal mail, royal mail are supposed to leave a card to say they tried to deliver a parcel however sometimes they do not.
