---Shipping Policy ---
We ship items via air parcel service with tracking numbers.
Please note that the delivery time is just an estimation and we can’t
guarantee the exact delivery date. It is all depend on the location.
Orders will only be processed once we received your payment.
United States / Australia: 7-13 Business days
England: 11-21 Business days
We are able to ship out fast. However, we cannot guarantee transit or
delivery time. It depends on courier / customs and external factor. We use
Air parcel shipment by default. Please forgive us if product arrived late due
to customs or courier or other external factors. Of course, if we are late
for sending items to post office, it is our mistake.

Please be aware that we observe most national holidays and therefore you may
see a slight delay in processing your orders around holidays.
<Shipping Discount >
2nd, 3rd or above items, you can enjoy 50% off of shipping fee.
For example:
1st - Shipping 10 USD
2nd - Shipping 20 USD
3rd - Shipping 14 USD
Total shipping = (10 x 50% ) + 20 + (14 x50%) = 5 + 20 + 7 = 32 USD
System cannot handle the calculation
automatically. Just buy more items and inform us, we will update the invoice
amount manually.
---Taxation---
Some countries might require import tax. It is responsibility of
customers to pay it.
If you need a special invoice for declaration, please let us know. Normally,
we declare 30% of selling price by default as material cost must be lower
than selling price.
---Resolving Problems---
If the delivery date has passed and you do not receive your product,
please check the estimated delivery date on the order details page to
determine when your item should be arrived. Then track your package.
Or you may check with your local customs, mail office, mail box or your
neighbor.
If you still can’t solve the problem, please let us know. We are glad to
solve the problem with you.
