Returns

- We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
- A 15% restocking fee or $5 whichever is more will be assessed on the returning merchandise to cover free shipping cost
- All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our facility. Once received please allow us 3 to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
- Any orders that are returned to us due to package being unclaimed or undelivered because of a wrong address we will charge $7.77 to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund we will refund your payment minus $7.77.
