All packages are sent using a next day courier service with full tracking, if you require your tracking number send us a message and we will supply this.
If you need any of our parts sooner than the quoted delivery date, get in contact and we will usually be able to facilitate expedited processing & delivery.

International:

We are happy to send all of our items abroad but you should contact us BEFORE placing the order with your full address for a shipping quote and proceed with buying the item only if you are happy with the additional charge.

Handling time may take up to a few days.

Large items being sent on a pallet will be secured using tyres to maximise their safety during transit. If this is an issue please send us a message and we will arrange an alternative method of securing them.

Every part we sell is subject to a 30 day returns policy.

If you no longer need the item, find you have ordered a part which does not fit or change your mind, you are able to send it back to us but you will be liable for the cost of shipping. We inspect returned parts closely to ensure they are the same part sent out and that they have not been tampered with.

Sometimes couriers get careless with packages and an item arrives damaged. In the event that this happens please contact us ASAP and we will rectify the situation.
