If up to 3 boxes are purchased the tea bags are taken out of their boxes and sent out in large padded envelopes, to make significant savings on postage. Without doing this we would have to ship all orders as small parcels, which would increase the cost to our customer significantly. If you specifically need your item boxed - most Pukka tea bags come in boxes of twenty - then this can be arranged, though we do have to make an additional charge to cover the postage

Items posted international usually take 3-5 days within Europe and 7-10 days outside Europe with Royal Mail. Items can however take up to 3 weeks if there are delays with the post.
