What to expect:

All our auto parts have been removed from RIGHT hand drive vehicles and all speed are miles not kilometer.

 Some of the electrical parts may require re-set, reprogramming or Coding. 

All pictures above are taken prior to storage; we do not use any generic or stock photos. Accordingly, the item pictured is exactly the one that you will receive.

Please double check the pictures as the used item may have cracks, scratches, dirt corrosion or any kind of general wear and tear or damage.

We offer a wide range of shipping options for both UK and most international countries. 

UK Mainland

If you are based on the UK mainland, your delivery will be next day Delivery Service. Please notice that in case of shipping company delay, your delivery will arrive within the estimated date.

UK Non-Mainland

If you are not based on the UK mainland -Ireland, IOM Scottish Highlands, Highlands, Islands of Scotland, and Overseas- a should be surcharge for this arias.

If you have purchased an item without paying the surcharges or contacting us, the transaction may be cancelled in 1-3 working days or you will receive the item after 5-10 working days.

International

We offer 2 options for our international customers They can either use eBay Global Shipping services or contact us for a courier quote after providing us with your full address.

Collection in Person

All items can be collected from our shop via prior arrangement.

Our opening hours are: Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm.

We may also be available outside of working hours, if you want to pick up your item. Please contact us beforehand to arrange a time.

Return an item for a refund

You have a 30-day warranty starting from the purchase date, during which you can return the item. A refund will only be issued upon return of the original part in the exact same condition as it was supplied. if you have tried to modify the item without previously contacting us and / or tried to opt for some modification over the item, we will not be possibly able to accept return and thus offer NO refund whatsoever.

If a supplied part is proved to be defective, arrived damaged or has missing parts or if it happens to receive a wrong item, our customer service must be notified immediately to resolve the inconvenience suitably.

Please note that return postage fees are supposed to be covered by the customer in the following cases: ordering an item by mistake, changing their mind, finding a better price, just didn't like it, or if the item doesn't fit due to purchasing it without initially consulting its compatibility with our customer service.
