IN ADDITION, THESE DELIVERIES WILL ENTAIL DUTY AND CUSTOMS CHARGES WHICH WILL BE PASSED ONTO THE CUSTOMER.

Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged / refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped.

If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it.

Any part bears our unique identity marking which needs to be present on returned item.

All electronic devices such as ECUs or sensors are not returnable (please contact me for details) due to the fact that any electronic item could get damaged when being fitted to a faulty vehicle.

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise, also the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping costs.

In the rare occasion if we have sent an incorrect item or if there is an error in our listing the buyer needs to contact us immediately to resolve this issue.

Parts Warranty (as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Mechanical parts: 3 months

Electrical parts: 3 months

Non-mechanical and non-electrical parts: 12 months

Part-worn tyres: 3 months

Batteries and high voltage components: 3 months

We can only accept the part back if its proven to be faulty. Any parts incorrectly ordered or no longer required can’t be returned unless agreed otherwise, handling charge might apply.

All parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic at an established garage, of which evidence of this may be requested in a returns case. Any part fitted by private individuals unfortunately will not be covered by our warranty.

We do not guarantee any ancillaries or bolt-on engine parts such as, but not limited to: water pumps, oil pumps, timing belts/chains, gaskets, oil filters and fuel filters.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for any expense incurred in the installation and/or removal of non-functional goods. We assume no responsibility for damage caused by the use of our goods.

The warranty terminates when the goods have been disassembled or the goods are damaged as a result of overheating or lack of lubrication.

We keep photos on file of all of our parts to ensure validity during returns cases and any deviations from these photos will result in an exemption of warranty.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO COMPENSATE ANY FITTING COSTS OR ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PRODUCTS SOLD. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
