In my estimation it is in Near Mint minus or better condition.

Shipping to Canada will be $6.00 for lettermail and $15.00 for expresspost.

To the US will be $13.00 for lettermail and $23.00 for expresspost.

$3 per extra book. Once we reach a total of $20-25 I can ship a bunch together in one box.
