Rovan RC will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery of the purchased item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The merchandise must be new and unused and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving the product, it is the customers’ responsibility to inspect the item and identify any defects and report these issues to us by email before use.For vehicles, we suggest a full inspection including checking that all screws and bolts are tight. Rovan RC is not responsible for vehicles or parts which are broken during a crash or driver error.

If the item is defective on arrival (only if unused), you can contact us by email to exchange or receive a refund.Return or exchange requests or reports of missing or damaged parts must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted once the original box has been tampered with or discarded. Returned products that are found to be defective will be replaced with new products and shipped at no cost to the customer (Rovan RC will pay for the replacement shipping cost) or a refund will be issued. An exchange is only possible if the item is found to be defective by us or if the customer pays the 10% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in new condition and include all parts, accessories and manuals in their original packaging.Items that have been altered or adjusted in any way will not be accepted. Returned items must first be received by us before we will process and ship any replacement parts or issue a refund. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides proof of shipment and a tracking number. Rovan RC cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return process. We also recommend purchasing insurance from the shipping company.

All shipping charges paid by customer for orders or returns are non-refundable. Shipping carriers will not issue a refund for the shipping costs after the package has been picked up and delivered.

International buyers may have to pay import duties, taxes, and charges typically collected upon delivery or pickup. The buyer is responsible for these charges, they are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.

Rovan RC is proud to offer a brand new 90 day limited warranty on all of our Rovan RC engines. If you have any trouble with your engine from the moment you receive through the following 90 days we will send you a replacement after your damaged engine has been returned and inspected. All engines must have proof of regular, routine maintenance and must have been running a 25:1 Fuel:Oil mixture at all times. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
