This SES Suspension Upgrade fits the front suspension of a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 & GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck (see below for full list of applications). We’ve engineered our hollow rubber springs to deliver a progressive spring rate. In other words, the more weight that pushes down on the rubber springs (weight from a snowplow or heavy aftermarket accessories – such as a steel bumper) the harder they work to prevent front-end sag.

Shipping

Shipped within 24 to 48 hours from when payment is received Monday - Friday (excludes Holidays and weekends) from our Canadian warehouse.

Tracking number is uploaded to eBay and sent to your email once items are shipped.

If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or a refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company.

Shipping transit time quotes given on eBay are an estimate only.

Returns

All returns must be new and must be unused product, must not have traces of exploitation, should be maintained its packaging, presentation, factory labels.

If buyer purchased the wrong product by error or no longer needs the product, the buyer is responsible for the returning or the replacement shipping cost. Buyer is also subjected to pay 15% restocking fees.

Warranty

All parts sold by Mella_Tella are brand new, serviceable, and functional. If an auto part is found to be defective within six months* from the original date of purchase Mella_Tella shall, at its discretion, provide either a one-time replacement part or a one-time refund.

Mella_Tella is not responsible for, and warranty does not cover, any damages arising from a failure to operate the product within its intended uses. This warranty does not cover products purchased from sources other than Mella_Tella. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question. Warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application.

All warranty claims require a copy the original purchase receipt, an image of the warrantied part not attached to the vehicle, and an image showing the part stamp, if visible, on the warrantied part. You may be required to return the part for inspection and you may be required to purchase a new replacement part while the warranty claim is being processed. Once the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved Mella_Tella will, at their discretion, provide you with a one-time replacement or one-time refund of the original purchase price.

Wiper Blades, do not come with any Warranty.
