We take great pride in our service, and have three guarantees for every eBay customer:

       1. Item condition will be accurately noted. There is nothing worse than receiving items that have been overgraded or misrepresented.

       2. Your order will be packaged well and dispatched within three business days of cleared payment. We use professional mailers with additional card stiffeners when necessary. Double boxing is used when necessary, or upon request (additional shipping fees may be required).

       3. Your satisfaction is promised and we are always willing to work out a solution, be it a refund or return.
