Toolmonkey has been established for over 20 years. We are a Limited company and provide a full invoice with VAT shown separately. 

Invoices are only provided via email due to automated paperless picking and dispatch.

Internet Office hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm. 

Shop opening times: 

Monday 7:30am to 5:00pm 

Tuesday 7:30am to 6:00pm 

Wednesday 7:30am to 5:00pm 

Thursday 7:30am to 6:00pm 

Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm 

Saturday and Sunday Closed 

Bank Holidays - Closed

Same day dispatch if ordered before 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

Next day refers to next working day Monday to Friday. If order is placed on Friday after 2:30pm it will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday UK mainland. 

24-hour services may take 48 hours to some parts of the UK (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland etc.)

“Other 24 Hour courier” service will be either Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24 services depending on your location. 

If weight on multiple item sale exceeds Royal Mail limit, items will be sent via Parcelforce.

Please allow 5 working days before contacting us on Royal Mail non-tracked 48 services.

If you do experience problems with delivery please call or message us for assistance and we will respond within normal office hours.
