All our UK shipping is absolutely FREE. However for a faster delivery we also offer 1st Class delivery, Courier delivery and Next Day express delivery. Although eBay gives estimated delivery dates, these are only estimates and delivery will usually be within a day or two after cleared payment is received. We always try to ship the sameday or the day after purchasing, please do bear in mind that we have in-house technicians who re-test and sign off on every single part as working before leaving the warehouse. This reduces the returns rate and although adds a few hours to the handling time, insures all our refurbished components are fit for a minimum of their 3 month warranty as standard.

Returns accepted within 30 days and any warranty period granted for a product please contact us directly for an RMA returns authorisation to arrange for an exchange product if found to have failed under the given warranty. Any parts used for testing or diagnostic purposes returns are not accepted. Any components damaged during installation will not be exchanged or refunded. DO NOT use components for testing/diagnostic purposes as refunds will NOT be given. Internal components such as Hard Drives, SSD, Processors, PSU and Motherboards once fitted can only be returned if they become faulty during their warranty period, NOT if damaged during installation. These components once installation has been attempted are exempt from the 14 day return policy. All returning items under warranty will be given an exchange part. Refunds are only given for NEW items returned still sealed and in a re-sellable condition. Management decision is final. We have in-house trained IT. technicians and Apple specialists please inquire about diagnosis of your specific fault if unsure of the item you are purchasing.
