PAYMENT

The payment must be effectuated within 4 days after the date of purchase..

For each order we issue a receipt or invoice (on request). The invoice must be requested within 30 minutes from the payment, sending us the necessary dates: Company name, Vat number/Tax code and Address.

SHIPMENT

The shipping will be effectuated within 24 hours from the payment and only on weekdays (monday-friday)(except holidays), by an EXPRESS COURIER. The tracking code will be provided when the package will be collocated by courier.

When you will receive the package we pray you test it and inform us if everything is ok, in affirmative case please release a positive FEEDBACK.

* For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands,Norway, Ireland,Denmark and Corsica there is a surcharge of € 40 for the shipment.
