RETURNS

In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer does not need the part or has been ordered in error, SMG Parts must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the customers expense, delivery costs will not be refunded and a 20% handling charge will be applied.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

Please inspect all parts prior to signing to check for damage caused in transit, if the courier refuses, simply ask the driver to sign as "DAMAGED". This is to ensure that if necessary a claim can be made against the courier, if this is not adhered to claims for damage against the courier cannot be made.
