K55 Motor was used by Authentic Casablanca Fan Co. for over 20 years, this component does cross over with use of the proper screws. 

Yes, the center 1" stem does line up the a Casablanca Motor but "NO" the motor screws are not the same thread, you would need to purchase new motor screws

The blade screw holes line up is the same, 

so you can use your existing blade arms with purchase of motor screws.

Please be aware that this is NEW and not removed from a used motor 

which may have some deterioration already present, it is common on eBay to sell used stripped parts

Specifically designed to work with 4 blade "or" 5 blade set up. Note the marked & numbered holes for ease of installation. 

This flywheel works on all Emerson/Fanimation ceiling fans that have a K55 or K55XL series motor 

(If you have a fan with this part already your fan is a K55 or K55XL). 

Motors of this caliber are among the highest of quality on the market and well worth the replacement of this part. This is a wear and tear part in general, having the blades rotate on this flywheel it is what keeps the motor so quiet and running smoothly. We relate this part to tires on a car, it takes all the abuse and after many years of use may need to be replaced. 

The K55 / K55XL motors are extremely long lasting and will outlast just about any other appliance/motor you may have in your home as long as the fan is maintained properly. This part is considered a minor repair and easily replaced by a professional. 

Please note Casablanca does have a similar flywheel, they are not identical but this flywheel can be used with the purchase of a screw pack to match. This is a direct cross over. 

The center shaft 1" width, the thread of the screws are different. 

The screw hole placement does line up with Casablanca so you can use your old blade arms. A screw pack is available in other listing on our site (10 motor screws)

Please note: You only need a new screw pack if you are using on a Casablanca, if you are using on an Emerson or Fanimation your existing screws will fit.
