In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, Bits & Parts Ltd. must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer.

Returns Policy: Full refund is issued only if the item is faulty, and returned within 7 days, providing the original item sent to you is returned to us as it was sent to you and the security markings are intact and serial number matches the one sent out, and the item is in its original condition.
