RULES

• All Returns must be raised within 30 days from purchase date.
• You have 14 days to change your mind. All items must be returned in resalable condition: not devalued and in re-saleable condition
• Have not been fitted
• In original packaging in good condition (as arrived).
• Include the documentation in good condition (as arrived).
• After 14 days we can only accept returns if you have received them in faulty condition or if they turned faulty within 30 days from the order date (unless it’s a warranty case).
• All items will be inspected and checked upon arrival.
• We will aim to replace / exchange / process your return within 2-3 working days. In case you haven’t heard back within this timeframe, please contact us and state your order number and part number so we can look into this for you asap.
• If your return is a warranty case, please state this first when contacting us as we may need to refer you to the manufacturer, which we will support you with.

We are here for you Mon-Sat 8am – 6pm, excluding bank holidays. In this time, we aim to get back to any emails within 2 business hours. This may be longer during peak sales times such as Christmas or other automotive peak seasons.


Normally you’ll have 30 min from order confirmation to cancel the order via the eBay automated cancellation process. Once that option is no longer available, we may not be able to cancel anymore, however, and as long as we haven’t processed your order yet, we will do everything we can to stop your order. Please contact us asap and state cancellation in the subject or first line of your message so that the team can contact the warehouse immediately.


Sometimes items can get damaged during transit. If this is the case, please either refuse the delivery if you notice it at the point of delivery or contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps.


No problem. You can simply return it to us. Please follow our returns process described on our returns page here.


If that is the case, one of our team in the warehouse might have made a mistake when picking or packing your order. In that case we might ask for a picture so we can establish what was sent and arrange for the most suitable returns method to get it back. We will also refund you immediately, or if you wish, replace the item where possible with the correct one via next day delivery.

We only work with trusted partners, brands, and suppliers whom we know very well and have worked with for decades. If, however you are not happy with the quality of an item, please let us know immediately. We may ask from some images so that we can establish what has been sent to you and feed back to the manufacturer. We will in such a case refund you without fuss.

DELIVERY QUERIES


If you want your item the next day, you will need to have bought it before 12pm (Mon-Fri)


It depends on the item, but in most cases, we offer next day delivery


Whilst our customer service team is working from 8am to 6pm on a Saturday and can process orders, the warehouse is closed and therefore orders processed on a Saturday will be despatched on a Monday.


We don’t use signed for deliveries for our tracked services so in most cases you will get a courier notification that allows you to choose either a safe place or an address where you can pick your item up. In any other case, please contact us to arrange for something more suitable to you.


If that is the case, contact us first. In most cases our parcels are tracked, and we can liaise with the carrier directly to understand what happened and where the parcel is. Depending on that outcome we either refund you or send you a new item with next day delivery as soon as possible.
