Initially with a focus on kitchen and dining, The Pink Invasion Company was launched in April 1986 from its hometown of Newport in Shropshire. 

30 odd years later, we offer a collection of hundreds of wonderful products and clever ideas. 

We have products for every room of the home and every area of your life, many in fact which you didn't even know you needed !!

For those needing that last minute gift for someone dear or an item for a home project fast, we also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 delivery service for 2 or 3 pounds extra. 

Payments are best made through the usual Ebay payments system with any orders placed and paid before 12 noon Monday to Friday will leave same day with the Royal Mail.

If purchasing from our website, then you have a full suite of payment options including all the usual credit and debit cards, including Amazon pay etc. with the same shipping options and shipping time scales above.

Shipping options are primarily handled by the Royal Mail, where we have a daily collection, Monday to Friday, where all orders received as paid by noon on those five days will be collected on the same day.

All our sales are shipped on a free 3 to 5 working days delivery, but we also offer the Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 Royal Mail services for about £1.50 to £2.50 pounds extra if you need your order quicker than the free delivery option timescale, these speedier delivery options can be selected at the checkout section when placing your order through Ebay.

We also offer International shipping on a lot of our listings to the USA, Canada, Europe etc. with individual prices and estimated delivery timescales quoted on each of the Ebay listings, prices will vary dependant on sizes and weight of individual items and delivery locations etc.

Returning a Faulty Item:

Please check your delivery within 48 hours of arrival. If an item is delivered faulty or develops a fault within 14 days of receipt please notify us immediately. We will arrange to have the item returned to us at our cost. Items must be returned within 14 days of notification of return and either a full refund or replacement will be issued on receipt of the faulty goods.

If your item develops a fault outside the 14 day period please contact the office to discuss the available options.
Any items with extended warranty that develop a fault outside the 30 day period, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

Please be aware that in these instances a proof of purchase may be required to validate the warranty with the manufacturer.

Process for Faulty Returns

Please take photos of the damaged area to show in as much detail as possible what has occurred.

Send these images on to us through the attachment facility in the Ebay messages system along with a description of the fault and how it occurred. These images are often then sent to manufacturers Head Office so that any faults can be monitored. They can also be used to establish if the fault is indeed due to a manufacturing issue or if the incident has occurred through general wear and tear or misuse.

Please note - Manufacturer Faults are covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty. In cases of accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear the item will be neither refunded or replaced.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE* Parcel and contents must be checked for damage at point of delivery. If the box is visibly damaged on delivery then please ensure you sign for as damaged and notify us immediately.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Returns:

Obviously we hope that you love the item you have bought from us but we understand that sometimes it just isn't right, in this case message us through Ebay and let us know.

14 Days Cooling off period:

If the item is unused and not faulty & you would like a refund you have 14 days to contact us to advise that you are returning the item to us.

The item must be returned to us within 14 days of this notice, in an unused, resalable condition with all labels intact. Please also enclose your order details. We will refund the product cost to you but cost of return P&P to us is non refundable. Express or Next Day delivery costs are non- refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of receipt of the item back to us, but may take longer during peak or busy periods.

Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it arrives at our premises, we would strongly recommend that you consider using a courier that offers a Signed For Service with tracking and adequate insurance for the return journey, but that decision naturally rests with you.

We process returns every working day of each week, ie. Monday through Friday.

Please remember to enclose a copy of the original purchase order number and details to help us process your refund, Without this information it may slow the refund time.

Please note:- once you have notified us of the return, if you do not return the item to us within 14 days, we will not accept any delivery attempt beyond this date to deliver your item to us and your parcel will be refused by our returns department and left with your courier to return back to you after this date.
