RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT is required to return the goods within 4 days from the day in which he communicated to Speedmania his desire to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The costs for the return of the products are charged to the CLIENT subject to the exception of Speedmania, as required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Speedmania may suspend reimbursement until receipt of goods

If the original internal / external packaging is damaged, Speedmania will deduct from the refund due a percentage equal to the value of the damage itself, as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods, as required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

Speedmania will refund the full amount already paid for the product within 10 days of receipt of the goods. It will be up to the CUSTOMER to monitor the shipment with the courier selected by you and to verify any irregular status of the delivery, Speedmania is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, accessories, etc.). It is absolutely forbidden to apply SCOTCH on the original packaging, therefore we advise you to store everything in a second package or to wrap the product with a second packaging material in addition to the original one. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Speedmania will refund the amount of the products specified in the request for withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days, excluding the shipping costs included in the purchase price..

Speedmania will reimburse using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase.

WARRANTY

As required by the EC regulations, new products are covered by a two-year warranty.

The warranty on electronic products (batteries, stators, regulators ...) is subject to approval, as Speedmania will have to verify jointly with the manufacturer that the malfunction depends on a product defect and not on incorrect use / other causes not depending on the article . In the event that Speedmania can not activate the warranty, the customer will have the right to request a check at the manufacturer's premises, but in this case any resulting cost will be charged to the customer.

In fact, for electrical details, any defects that occur immediately after installation can be caused by malfunctioning components of the vehicle that transmit high voltage discharges.
