Shipping

Mainland UK

We offer Free p&p to Mainland UK. Items are dispatched within one working day (Monday to Friday) by Royal Mail 2nd Class or the equivalent.

For an additional £2.00 we are able to offer postage by Royal Mail First Class, dispatched within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Items ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be collected by the Post Office from our premises on a Monday.

International

International shipping is available. Please enter your country details above for costs and estimated delivery times

For multip[le international orders we are pleased to offer postage discounts even though this facility is not currently supported by ebay. Please order your items as normal and at the time of dispatch a refund will be issued.

Please note: it goes without saying that once an item has been collected by the Post Office, the timing of your delivery is beyond our control. At all times we will endeavour to fulfill your requirements to the best of our abilities.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
