We expect immediate payment by Paypal,
We accept payments only via PayPal & Bank transfer.
All Payments must be received before items are sent.

DELIVERY

We always dispatch items as fast as we can!

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day (usually same or next day).

Delivery companies do not work on weekends, it means dispatch on a weekend is not possible.

Delivery to European Union countries takes from 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery to non-European Union countries takes from 20 to 30 working days.

However, sometimes there may be a delay on delivery because of national day offs and especially on Christmas and Easter periods.

If you didn`t get the item on time, do not wait for too long, contact us as soon as possible – we will do our best to help you.

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 2-5 working days of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday)

An express delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 3 PM (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer)

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be pre-approved by eBay messaging system before you ship any item back to us.

All damaged items must be reported to us within 24hrs of delivery using the eBay messaging service with few photos of damage.

We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in new unused condition and contain all original materials (if included).

All returned items will be tested before refunds are given.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.

Returns should be packed in outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product.

Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.
