CP POLINI CARBURETOR FOR VESPA Primavera ET3. Polini Motori continues the development of its CP Polini carburettors. Innovative carburettors, where every single component has been conceived, developed and produced by the 100% Made in Italy company from Bergamo. The range is expanded with the new Polini CPs which guarantee easy assembly without any modification to the original manifold. The CP Polini have a rigid attachment and have been specially developed to be mounted on the legendary Vespa 125 Primavera ET3. The connection between the manifold and the carburetor is rigid with clamp closure like the original mounted on the Vespa 125 and they are supplied complete with filter box with increased intake. They are available in diameters 19 and 21. The very short intake duct is distinguished by the exclusive concentric design and a geometry capable of optimizing the air flows in the transit phase of the gases. The petrol overflow in the nozzle is made in such a way as to ensure correct flow dynamics at each throttle opening position. The fuel inlet hole and the larger needle allow constant draft even in the most extreme conditions of use. The level of the float, completely made of plastic, and the seal of the needle, are carefully checked in production to ensure the same standard of efficiency over time. These features make it possible to significantly simplify the tuning of the carburettor calibration. Thanks to the extremely refined calibration scheme, the petrol air, main jet and idle jet flows have been designed to have maximum efficiency with lower fuel consumption. The compact dimensions of the new carburetor made it necessary to carefully and meticulously manage the internal space and the maximum efficiency of all the components, subjected to strict checks to the nearest thousandths.
