Postage - Postage prices are clearly shown in the listings. Please do not buy if you do not agree with the cost shown - it takes into account packaging materials and handling times. For International buyers, please contact me before purchasing so I can get the exact postage cost. Cost shown for overseas customers are an estimated price only. Dispatch time - All parts under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, larger parts are sent out by courier, and are usually sent out within 24 hours of received payment but please note that there may be some delays. Guidelines shown on eBay dispatch pages may not be exactly correct so please allow at least 7 days for items to arrive within the UK, or 21 days if you are overseas. If items are not received within allotted time, a replacement item will be dispatched before any refunds are given. Collection and Fitting - If you would like to collect any part, or have it fitted, please contact me and this can be arranged. I recommend that all parts are fitted by a trained BMW technician to avoid any damage to the part, or your car. If items are damaged due to incorrect fitment, no refund or warranty will be offered. Returns - If for any reason you would like to return the item you purchased, this must be done WITHIN 7 days of receiving the item. There will also be a 25% surcharge off of your item original total cost (which includes postage, packaging, restocking and relisting) unless the part is faulty. Please email me beforehand to arrange returning of an item, or open up an eBay managed return for any assistance. All items purchased that are below the value of £20 will not be subject to a return. |
