We will refund you the value of the merchandise less shipping fee as soon as we received your returning package (with Tracking Number). And again, shipping fee will not be refunded unless the error is from our end.  A 20% restocking fee will apply if returned item is not in it's original condition/packaging or has signs of use (NO EXCEPTION).
