What is die cast?

Die-cast is a term used in the hobby industry referring to a model made with a metal body. Die-cast metal is made of zinc alloy. Die-cast models are not necessarily 100% metal models some include plastic, acrylic, and rubber, etc.

What are Rare Chase Diecast Models?

Rare Chase Diecast Models are chase models that are randomly inserted into mainline cases or SEALED boxed sets. The model in the series are upgraded versions of model found in the series. Chase series models may or may not have packaging stating it is a chase model. Chase model attributes can vary by manufacturer. Some of the attributes are model color change, tampos, plating color, serial numbering, SPECIAL EDITION, ONE OFs model limits (LIMITED EDITION),  While not manufactured as chase models their are out of the ordinary models that are sought after as well. These consist of ERRORs and variations of the models. In other cases some are package, labeling, brand changes, and errors.

What is a model kit?

A model kit is generally a plastic scale model manufactured as a kit, primarily assembled by hobbyists, and intended for static display. A plastic model kit depicts various subjects, with a majority depicting military and civilian vehicles. A kit varies in difficulty, ranging from a "snap-together" model that assemble straight from the box, to a kit that requires special tools, paints, and cements. • DUE DATEs are NOT guaranteed they are estimates of when stock may be received and will always be subject to change anytime.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

• Please read thoroughly to understand our policies. Please understand that due to a high volume of customer orders, ground shipments could possibly be delayed during the extremely busy time frame of November through December.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING iNFORMATION (January - October)

• Most packages are shipped from our warehouses across the U.S., where they are processed and ship within approximately three to four business days of the order being placed. Delivery time may be delayed based on: how the product is shipped, if the product is back-ordered, if the order is placed during the holiday season (November-December), or extreme weather conditions.

We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery for ground shipments.

• We ship via UPS, UPS SurePost, USPS First-Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail.
• Large items are shipped via freight truck. You will be emailed tracking and carrier information upon shipment.

Order Processing

• Business days are Monday through Friday, end at 12 a.m. EST, and exclude all state and federal U.S. holidays.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed after the shipping deadline and holidays will ship the next available date.
• Orders will be processed and shipped up to four business days after payment is received.

Contiguous USA

• Shipping is only valid for addresses in the Contiguous USA (lower 48 States).
• In most cases delivery can be about of 7-10 business days or less after processing.

FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses

• We DO NOT ship to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses. Any order being shipped to one will be canceled.

California Residents {if applicable)

• The California Residents Prop 65 warning IF ANY will be displayed right under the the title in the description.
• Due to warning requirements imposed in California by Proposition 65, we cannot ship SELECT items to California.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Ground Shipping on most items in the Contiguous USA.
• Larger item are shipped via freight delivery.

• Orders are shipped out via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or eBay GSP (Countries Vary By Product).
• Freight by select carries.
• eBay GSP offers convenient and fast international shipping to more than 180 countries. GSP provides specialized international package exporting services from its Lexington, KY, facility to your international address.
• As an eBay international buyer, you have access to the GSP export-approved product assortment. 

Shipping Policy Exceptions 

• Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer.
• Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

Requests to Alter Deliveries

• We cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date for any package shipped.

For packages shipped via UPS:

• UPS offers shipping changes to be made through its My Choice program if a package is not already "out for delivery".
• More information can be found at the UPS website.

For packages shipped via USPS:

• USPS offers shipping changes to be made through its Package Intercept program if a package is not already "out for deliver".
• More information can be found at the USPS website.

For orders shipped via freight:

• We will email you delivery instructions, and the freight company will also call to schedule your delivery.
• To streamline your delivery process, please provide a current phone number and email address when placing your order.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

• If delivery is refused, hindered, or undelivered due to non compliance or no response from the receipient orders will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original and return cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.

Sales & Use Tax

• Under Marketplace Facilitator laws Sales & Use Tax will be collected and remitted on your behalf.

Wrong Item Received

• If you received a wrong item contact us via email with photos of  the item, UPC, MPN, and the remaining sides of item received to compare to listing and invoicing.

Order Damages

• If your order is being delivered via freight, inspect the items before signing the Bill of Lading (the driver's receipt of delivery to you). If the Bill of Lading is signed stating the items were received in good condition, we will be unable to accept a return of the items.
• If you received a damaged item contact us via email with photos of  the pakaging, damage to item, the UPC, the MPN, and the remaining sides of item received.
• We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or manufacturers defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible (FREIGHT ITEMS EXCLUDED). 
• Failure to notify us will only delay the claim and may cause delays. We will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund if a claim is not filed properly
• DO NOT repair item(s) without authorization. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it was repaired or alter in any way.
• We WILL NOT accept any item back if it comes back to us without its original box, packing, documentation., or damaged packaging.

Seasonal, Holiday Décor, Non-Refundable, Closeout, and Clearance Items

• We do not accept returns for SEASONAL, HOLIDAY DECOR, Non-Refundable, Closeout, Clearance item categories. 

Exchange

• Were sorry, but we no longer honor product exchange requests as the platforn no longer supports nor honors them through claims.
• If an order is approved for an exchange, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in the returns policy section and then order the item, if it is still available.
• Orders will be processed and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received.

Returns 

• We DO NOT accept returns for buyer remorse, and the above categories.
• DO NOT return items without an RMA NUMBER and a return address from us.
• You will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.
• Refused and undelivered orders will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.
• Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Item must be returned to the address we give you. NOT what eBay or PayPal gives you. Return Center must receive your item for proper processing.

Approved Returns (by Us, eBay, or PayPal)

• All approved returns must include a copy of the original order confirmation, return packing slip, with our RMA paperwork as proof of purchase.
• Buyer will pay for both our original and return shipping cost to our warehouse.
• Returns received at our warehouse without an RA number will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.
• Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Fraudulent Returns 

Return fraud is defined as a customer (or buyer, in terms) misusing or taking advantage of a seller?s return policy. By doing so, they are defrauding the seller.

• We report every buyer who violates and or abuses buyer and seller protections as well as return policies.
• Violators are reported to applicable Marketplace Facilitators and Online Databases

Note: Ebay reports (02 Sep 2022, 21:54) so far in 2022, it had suspended 54,000 buyer accounts that were in breach of eBay policy, and had protected the seller performance ratings of over 60,000 sellers.

Order Cancellations 

• We are typically unable to honor cancellation requests once payment is in processing. 
• Cancelation request must be submitted through the ebay transaction only NOT email.
• Cancellation requests are NOT guaranteed.
• In order to avoid a cancellation request simply DO NOT place the the order unless you are certain of your purchase.
• We will still make every attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel.

Backorders

• All items are in stock at the time of listing; however, in the unlikely and unforeseen event that we are unable to fulfill your order through any of our networked warehouses, we will notify you as quickly as possible and offer you a 100% refund on your purchase.

Acknowledgment
