There may be some variations and more than one part can be fitted to vehicles mentioned in compatibility lists. Please check your old part and verify that its reference number and the reference numbers mentioned in the listing match before ordering.
If you do not have the part number, please send us the chassis number (also called VIN, Vehicle Identification Number) of your vehicle and we will check the compatibility for you. You can find the chassis number in your vehicles registration documents.

Parcels delivery after Brexit
All orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. By placing an order the buyer accepts the responsibility to pay duty & tax.
Delivery in the UK
If you order from Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch all items on the same working day. Most items should be delivered on the next working day. In some cases delivery may take 2-3 days for remote locations. Please be aware of it and allow a few more days if the item has not arrived within the original timeframe.
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail. If the courier attempts to deliver your parcel but nobody is in or the parcel is too large for your letterbox, it will be taken to the local Royal Mail post sorting office. You can then collect the item from there or re-arrange the delivery with them.
Delivery to the Highlands and Islands in the UK
Please note that some couriers apply an additional surcharge to remote UK areas. These areas include but are not limited to the following postcodes:
AB30-38, AB44-56, BT, FK17-21, G83, GY, HS 1-9, IM, IV,JE, KA 27-28, KW, PA 20-99, PH 15-32, PH 49-99, TR 21-25, ZE.

International shipping
We ship our goods to almost every country in the world. Shipping charges are usually shown on checkout, and the system combines them, if possible. In case the eBay system fails to show the shipping charges to your country, please contact us and we will confirm the charges for you.
Collections
We currently do not offer a collections service.
Return Policy
If you want to return your order, you must inform us within 14 days from the date of its receipt. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have notified us.
The goods should be in their original condition and contain the original packaging, if applicable. Please note that you cannot return items that have been installed or that you have attempted to install. Injection parts (such as fuel injectors, injection valves, and other fuel injection system parts) cannot be returned if the seal on the box or bag has been broken.
The shipping charges for returning an order are covered by the customer. The exception is if we have sent you a wrong item (in other words, if the item reference number mentioned in the listing is different or does not supersede with the reference number on the packaging).
We will refund you within 14 days of either getting back the goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned (for instance, a proof of postage receipt with tracking number). We may deduct some money if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling them more than necessary.
