We accept unwanted returns for any reason within 45 days ofpurchase – with the exception of Wigs, hosiery, makeup, underwear and headsets (Bluetooth and Corded) for health andhygiene reasons. We will fully refund the purchase price of any unwanted return,however return postage cost will not be refunded.

Any genuinely faulty items can also be returned within 45days whereupon they will be inspected and refunded if found faulty. We willalso refund any return postage where the item is found to be faulty within 60days.

Any returns from within the UK must be returned via the ebaymanaged returns process. Simply find the item you wish to return from withinthe 'My ebay' section of your account and follow the returns process.

If the item is not as described in the listing then pleasefollow the ebay managed returns process and we will refund/replace accordingly.

If you are buying from outside the UK please contact us via the ebaymessaging service to arrange the return of the item.
