Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship to most countries and price will be available at checkout. You can choose to ship either USPS or DHL. DHL is a bit more expensive but will be deliver quickly and will include customs, fees and taxes. If you Choose to ship USPS please make sure to contact your local customs department to anticipate when they will charge customs fees and taxes. These fees will be paid by you since these rates do vary on a country to country basis.

What carrier will deliver my package?
We ship via United Parcel Ground (UPS) service, Fed Ex, Priority Mail (USPS), First Class Mail (USPS) and DHL for international packages.

During peak business seasons orders can be delayed a bit. If we feel that your order will be delayed for any reason we will contact, you immediately.
Our carriers can require signatures for packages on a case by case basis based on the discretion of the person who is delivering the package. We are not responsible if they require a signature to release the package. We are not responsible if they miss the delivery date because they required a signature and now have to return to deliver the package a second time.
We are not responsible if a carrier returns your package due to insufficient address. This is a decision made by the carrier that we have no control over. We do print the address exactly how you inputted the information in the order. So any returns because of insufficient address would have nothing to do with us.
Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
Orders that a returned to us due to a wrong address will be treated as a return which is subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are still interested in the order you will have to place a new order.
