SHIPPING & HANDLING:

• All orders are processed and shipped in one business day. For orders placed after 10AM Eastern on Friday, items will be shipped next business day. 

• We strive to properly bag, package and ship all items in a timely fashion. Packages are mainly shipped via USPS Priority Mail; however additional shipping options are available with a variety of listings. 

• When available, international orders are shipped via the eBay Global Shipping Program or eBay International Standard Delivery  

• Please note that domestic & international transit duration varies with different shipping services and options. 

OFFERS PAYMENT POLICY:

• Payment for accepted offers MUST be made IMMEDIATELY. 

• If payment isn’t received within 48 hours, an “Unpaid Item Case Report” will be filed with eBay. If you need additional time to make payment, please message us immediately to request an extension.

•  If a payment extension is granted, please honor your commitment by the agreed date and time, or an “Unpaid Item Case Report” will be filed with eBay. Please adhere to our strict “Offers Policy” to ensure that our products are available equally to all customers.     

RETURN POLICY:

• Please observe all item details & pictures carefully before purchasing.

• For domestic orders, return requests  MUST be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after this period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

• The buyer pays for return shipping. If the buyer changes his mind about a product, he is responsible for return shipping

• Buyers who falsely claim an item was “not as described” are responsible for return shipping. A “buyer abuse” case will also be opened with ebay. A 30% restocking fee will also be applied to returns with false “item not described as” claims. 

• Items MUST be returned unused & in original condition. Returns must include original tags (if any) still attached to the item. 

• New items with detached tags, and/or opened/used, WILL NOT be accepted for returns. 

• If a new item is forcibly returned after being used, or with detached tags, a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee will be applied to recover the decreased value of the item - that is the refund minus 30% of the item total will be issued back to the buyer.

• A 30% restocking fee will also be applied for used items that have been returned in a different condition from previously sent (includes but is not limited to new stains, tears, rips & visible damages). 

• All international sales are final. Please observe all details carefully as we DO NOT accept returns for international sales.
