Postage

We provide many services of postage more commonly by Royal Mail

All our orders are now sent FIRST CLASS ONLY, If you opt for this service you agree to take full responsibility for your order if lost in the post

We do offer a First Class Recorded Delivery Service at a additional charge in which  will provide you with  a tracking number at the time of posting, proof of delivery and will be insured up to £50

Large items (over 3kg) will be sent by Parcel Force 48

Please take into consideration our postage costs may vary between products due to the size of your parcel and type of packaging we may need to use.

Our aim is to dispatch all paid orders ordered before 4pm (payments must be cleared)
   

Combined Postage

We are more than happy to combine your postage,

each product had a First item posatge price and per extra item postage prices.

once all your items are added to your basket and you have completed your check out

please send a request for a total we will be happy to reduce your postage accordingly.

Returns

We do accept returns,

Unwanted items being returned for a refund will be refunded only 80% of the item price and we will not refund any postage costs however if you are returning because you purchase the wrong item and would like the correct item you will receive a store credit for the item value and pay any balance due.

Faulty or Damaged Items will be repaired or replaced accordingly, if either of these are not possible a refund will be offered, your return postage costs will only be refunded if the returned item is accompanied by the original receipt up to the value we charged you for postage,
