If you have problem with a product that is beyond our control, please leave a rating for PRODUCT, NOT FEEDBACK FOR THE SELLER.  As a seller, rate us on how well we deal with the problem.  An example of a problem with a product that is beyond our control would be a factory sealed paint set that has an error with the paints not being the correct ones.  We will take care of the problem, but it is not fair to give us a bad rating!
